Greg is the founder and Designated Broker of Integris Real Estate. Licensed since 2006, his background spans traditional brokerage, investment property, renovation, construction oversight, loss mitigation, REO, and portfolio disposition.
That combination shapes the Integris approach: evaluate the property from more than one angle, understand the physical asset as well as the transaction, and give clients practical options rather than a one-size-fits-all sales pitch.
